Android Rapidly Gaining Market Share

Nielsen
reports that phones powered by Google's Android operating system are more popular than the BlackBerry or iPhone among people who purchased a smartphone within the last six months.
BlackBerry's market share continues to decline steadily, to a 31% share, while the iPhone has a 28% share. Android current holds a 19% share, but if the data from the last six months is accurate, the
Android will quickly surpass the iPhone.
