Responsibilities include information and usability architecture, programming, wireframing, development, working with clients, and involvement in QA process. The ideal candidate will find innovative solutions to business problems and show a hunger to integrate and learn new technology. You should be comfortable in coding in several languages on both client- and server-side, integrating various formats of data, and determining best approaches and solutions for business processes. The ideal candidate can implement multiple solutions towards achieving the same goal.
Tecture creates rich and sophisticated sites and web applications. Projects include ecommerce, social networking, and custom web applications. We love our work and stay on the "bleeding edge," quickly learning and adopting new techniques and web technologies. We provide elegant and fluid visual solutions to complex data and requirements.
We need someone who lives for clean, compliant implementation and usability independent of the platform it is built on. Someone who is passionate about standards and is a whiz with Javascript, Actionscript, jQuery, Flex, HTML 5, CSS3 and other emerging technologies. Your work will directly impact our efforts with a rapidly growing client list, our Web 2.0 projects, and the long-term success and growth of our company.

- Professional web/interactive design expertise
- HTML and CSS
- Experience creating UI & IA documentation (wireframes, sitemaps, etc.)
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Active proponent of web standards, usability, SEO & accessibility
- Emphasis on clean, usable & sophisticated layouts
- Fluent in Javascript, Jquery, and Actionscript 3.0 coding design patterns
- XML, RSS, CSV, and other forms of data and feeds
- Knowledgeable in .NET, PHP or RoR

- SEO principles
- iPhone, Android, and mobile web design and development
- You don't use Dreamweaver or timeline based AS3 code
