Tecture is a growing web design and development firm seeking an experienced web support representative. Tecture designs and builds websites for its clients and hosts many of the sites it builds. Because of our multi-faceted capabilities here, this individual will have several areas of responsibility: 

• Customer support — assisting our clients with website updates, HTML, and light design work. Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• HTML and CSS — we work on websites, so proficiency with HTML, CSS and a content management system such as Drupal is essential.
• Hosting and email — switching client hosting, configuring DNS, migrating email accounts, email client setup, mobile phone sync, purchasing and installing SSL certificates, etc.
• Server, database, and network administration — Windows, IIS, SQL Server, firewall configuration, backups, etc.

Our ideal candidate has experience with developing and supporting websites using content management systems, has knowledge of the servers and systems that power them, and is anxious to learn new technologies. This individual should be a creative debugger and problem solver, and must track trouble tickets diligently while the day presents an ever-changing array of priorities for a multitude of client tasks and requests.

You're accompanying the Ghostbusters as they investigate paranormal activity in Chicago's Field Museum. The museum is large enough that all four Ghostbusters need to split up to cover more area, and you need to choose to go with one of them to investigate with.
