Summer in Chicago is great for so many reasons. Sports and recreation on the beaches, outdoor patio dining and drinks, biking and jogging along the beautiful lakefront, and outdoor concerts are just a few of these reasons. Another would be the inumerable street fests throughout the various neighborhoods of Chicago. Resurrection Lutheran Church (RLC) presents a street fest every August and it goes by the name of "Wrigleyville SummerFest."

RLC wanted to capably update and push the fest's information year after year and Tecture designed and developed a microsite as an extension of RLC's website, built on Site Ignition, so they could do just that. On it, RLC showcases the upcoming performing bands, local serving restaurants and vendors, and its list of fun and interactive activities for kids. The SummerFest Gallery slideshow features photos of past StreetFests, its performers, and its patrons. 

The launch of the new microsite precedes Wrigleyville SummerFest's opening next weekend, August 13th and 14th, 2011!
