Announced on: 12/14/10

Tonight, the Executive Director for the
Brain Research Foundation, Dr. Terre Constantine, will take part in a live broadcast panel discussion on WTTW's "Chicago Tonight" show involving sports-related brain injuries. Chicago Tonight host, Phil Ponce, will conduct the panel involving Dr. Terre Constantine alongside as-yet unnamed fellow panel members.
This is currently a very hot topic in the sports industry as more attention and, thankfully, care is being paid to not only the players of high-profile sports such as the NFL, NHL, and NBA, but also the athletes in college, high school, and even grade school who are just as vulnerable.
The Brain Research Foundation is a public, nonprofit, charitable organization, funded solely through the generosity of others, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults who are touched by neurological disorders.
The one hour episode airs tonight on WTTW Channel 11 at 7:00pm Central Standard Time.
