Our support team here at Tecture are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST.
Billing Process
Tecture will bill at an hourly rate. For features requiring 10 or more hours, Tecture will consider this a new project and will craft a definitive statement of work (SOW) for you to review and approve. You agree to pay all invoices within 30 days.
How Support Works
When we've received your support ticket, Tecture will send you a reply and a support ticket reference number can be found on that email. This email will confirm the request you have made and will ask for clarification of the request if needed. If the request requires more than 10 hours of effort, we will inform you of this before begin working on those tasks.
Once the task is completed we will ask you to verify if all the requirements meet your satisfaction. If so, we will then close out the request and the support process will be complete.
