The BusBank is a group and event transportation specialist located in downtown Chicago. Working with a wide range of clients, from time-sensitive corporate travel to large family vacations, from government transportation to acedemic/sport outings, The BusBank coordinates with reliable bus services across North America to ensure their clients arrive safely and timely. The BusBank needed to update a website that had been antiquated by their advancing growth and capabilites.
The BusBank had many goals for the design of the website, but foremost was the establishment of trust through the appearance of their website. Tecture designed to both convey this trust to new visitors as well as easily guide their varied types of clients to the appropriate areas of the site, minimizing the time and steps taken to request a quote or inquire for more information.
Tecture provided The BusBank with a newly-designed website developed within Tecture's custom Site Ignition CMS and integrated it with The BusBank's customer relationship management software. The BusBank's website forms, developed by Tecture, feed client data directly into BusBank's CRM and lead-generating software, allowing BusBank to be as responsive as their clients' last-minute schedules require. BusBank's website is their newest tool in helping them maintain their industry leadership.
