Your monthly subscription includes Tessera ticketing platform hosting and licensing and is based on your estimated number of tickets sold per year. Costs range from $125/month for less than 10k tickets per year to $667/month for 100k tickets sold per year. (Sell more than 100k per year? Contact us for pricing.)

Best for: Venues on a tight budget needing to get ticket sales up and running quickly and on a shoe-string
WordPress Template Plus – $3,500 Set Up
Need a little more than a bare bones WordPress template? Our Template Plus gets your customized site up and running at a surprisingly affordable cost.
Best for: Venues on a budget needing to get ticket sales up, but with greater branding and technology integration needs
Implement Your Venue’s Design – Starts at $6,000

Best for: Venues desiring a fresh start and completely unique website design
We can host your WordPress website for you (recommended, but not required, to provide end-to-end support). Per site monthly hosting rate depends on your average traffic, estimated from your ticket volume and typically ranges from $150 to $400 a month.
*Hosting traffic capacity automatically scales to accommodate surges. Fees may increase if site traffic exceeds original traffic estimates.
Seating Chart Setup
Seating chart design costs $500 for GA-only. $1,000 for seated up to 500 seats. (If you supply the floor map.)
Point of Sale
Stripe’s BBPOS WisePOS E reader is a wifi-enabled hybrid countertop / mobile touchscreen credit card terminal that supports both EMV chip and contactless credit card payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. (Stripe payment gateway support only.)
MagTek iDynamo is a magnetic strip card swipe reader that connects to Apple iOS devices with its Lightning port. Tecture programs each device with an encryption key for credit card security.
Cost: Approximately $300 per device for purchase, setup, and shipping
Barcode Reader Capability
Barcode reader capability within the Tessera Ticketing system, so that configured devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) can scan ticket barcodes and validate against a show’s will call list.
Monthly Cost starts at $100/month for up to 5 devices.
Optional Maintenance Plan
Tessera recommends a maintenance plan to handle WordPress and plugin updates, minor enhancement requests and support requests. We offer a range of plans to cover any level of support you require.
