Following Tecture's redesign of The Brain Research Foundation's website, the design and development of an accompanying mobile site was next for The BRF. The objective of the mobile site was to provide basic information about The BRF in an attractive, simplified form, managed by The BRF through the same Site Ignition content management platform that they use for their main website. Taking this approach ensures that timely content added to their website will immediately populate the mobile site as well without the need for duplicate content entry.
The mobile site facilitates important activities visitors would perform on the full website, but from the convenience of a mobile device. Upcoming BRF events are prominently listed and easily located on the mobile site along with the capability to add the event to your Google calendar. Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ social integration allows visitors to push BRF events to their personal and professional networks to increase brand awareness and attendance.
The Brain Research Foundation's Mission Statement, Donation Information, and information for Researchers are all presented in a clean navigation so the visitor can easily find the info desired within one to two swipes of a finger.
